The China Arbitration Summit 2025 & China-Latin America International Arbitration Forum, co-hosted by the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), Inter-Pacific Bar Association (IPBA), and the All China Lawyers Association (ACLA), will be held on September 17, 2025, at China World Summit Wing, Beijing.
Being the flagship event of the China Arbitration Week, this Summit is themed “Navigating the Future of International Arbitration in the Digital Intelligence Era.” It will gather leading global experts in arbitration and legal practice, focusing on cutting-edge issues in international arbitration against the backdrop of digital and intelligent technologies (such as artificial intelligence) empowering the field. In-depth discussions will center on how to enhance arbitration efficiency, ensure procedural fairness, and uphold the public credibility of arbitration through technology-driven approaches. To further deepen legal exchanges and practical cooperation in the field of international commercial arbitration, the Summit will, alongside its main agenda, enhance arbitration-related dialogue and collaboration between China and Latin American countries. It aims to promote the development of a more open, fair, and sustainable international dispute resolution system and to jointly chart a new blueprint for global arbitration cooperation.
The Summit will be a one-day event, with simultaneous interpretation of Chinese and English. The Summit will take the form of a hybrid event with global livestreaming, providing a communication platform for participants from home and abroad.
