意大利“黄金权力”法案自2012年出台以来，共被五次使用阻止外国资本进入意大利，其中四次是针对中国企业的竞标和并购，中国投资者进入意大利市场将面临更加严格的审查。为更好地服务国内企业出海，规避风险，为中企做好切实服务，贸促会驻意大利代表处邀请意中理事基金会、BonelliErede律所做培训讲座。讲座将针对中国企业在意大利直接投资要面对日益变化的法律框架进行最新解读，并分享意大利对外国直接投资的审查案例。讲座使用英文，演讲嘉宾PPT使用中英双语，便于中企更好地理解内容。

Since its introduction in 2012, Italy's "Golden Power" law has been used five times to block foreign capital from entering Italy, four of which were against bidding and mergers by Chinese companies. Chinese investors entering the Italian market will face much stricter scrutiny. In order to better serve Chinese companies exploring overseas markets and avoid risks, CCPIT Representative Office in Italy invites Italy-China Council Foundation and BonelliErede Law Firm to deliver training seminar.  BonelliErede will provide the latest interpretation of the evolving legal framework for Chinese Direct Investments in Italy, and share Italian FDI screening in practice. The seminar will be conducted in English and the speakers' PPTs will be presented in both Chinese and English, making it easier for Chinese companies to better understand the content.
