活动简介
新冠肺炎疫情致使全球发展进程遭受严重冲击，全球经济治理滞后与全球发展失衡问题日益突出。在这一背景下，“深化全球发展伙伴关系、构建全球发展命运共同体”的“全球发展倡议”是中国努力与各国分享发展机遇，推动全球发展迈向平衡协调包容新阶段提出的中国智慧和中国方案。如何在保障发展前提下加强合作，是当前中国和欧洲共同关注的话题，也是中欧企业在实务中面临的巨大困惑。 为此，我会驻比利时代表处与有关机构拟于 2022 年 12 月 15 日（周四）16:00-19:00（北京时间）于比利时布鲁塞尔举办“中欧经济合作与发展法律服务交流会”。 本次会议将邀请中国驻外使馆和中欧律师协会、商会等代表，以及中外企业高管、专家学者、资深律师等“云聚”一堂，友好探讨中欧各国跨境投资、数据保护与合规、金融合作与监管、争议解决机制最新发展等涉及国际合作与发展的相关法律问题，以期用法律服务促进中欧的合作与发展，通过法律护航企业高水平“走出去”、高质量“引进来”，为推动全球产业链供应链共建共享“铺路搭桥”。 本次会议将线上、线下同时举行，欢迎感兴趣的中外企业注册参加。
