活动简介
2022年7月1日，《区域全面经济伙伴关系协定》（RCEP）生效已经半年，而今年也是中泰建立全面战略合作伙伴关系十周年，随着RCEP实施、中老高铁开通、“一带一路”建设深入推进，中泰企业间的合作历经多年累计沉淀也迎来了新契机和历史机遇。
泰中企业间的合作业已形成多层次、多渠道、全方位的合作格局，在基础设施、产业投资、数字经济、农业、电商等多领域合作也都取得了可喜的进展。泰国政府也为积极借力RCEP适时推出相关政策，2022年2月15日批准了“降低纯电动汽车、摩托车和皮卡车关水消费税及提供市场补贴”措施，此措施已经于5月正式生效。以及更早时间，泰国政府提出的“泰国工业4.0”经济发展战略以及东部经济走廊建设项目，为外国投资企业推出了极具优势的优惠政策。在“泰国工业4.0”经济发展战略实施以来，“生物-循环-绿色新经济模式”（BCG）也逐步形成，让泰国具备了可持续发展区域中心的潜力。
本次研讨将以科技创新，绿色环保为主题展开研讨，通过主旨演讲、高端对话、倡议发起等环节，聚焦泰中两国科技领域合作，在电动车、医疗、机器人及自动化等领域搭建泰中企业更多合作平台，挖掘合作机遇，为2022年后半年乃至未来两年泰中企业合作机遇和空间起到重要推动作用。
同时研讨会发起倡议：《低碳技术创新 倡导绿色发展》。
