活动简介
由中国国际贸易促进委员会主办的2025年全球工商法治大会将于今年11月5日在中国山东青岛举行。
大会将围绕“加强法治国际合作，促进经济包容发展”展开讨论。大会意在鼓励全球工商界和法律界加强合作，弘扬国际法治理念，共同推动全球经济治理体系改革和建设开放型世界经济，更好发挥法治在平衡经济利益与社会作用中的桥梁作用，以法治思维和法治方式推动国际贸易与投资自由化便利化。重要国际组织和全球法律机构、商协会负责人，知名企业家代表和专家学者等约600人将现场参会，围绕产业链供应链畅通、法治与开放、法治与创新等议题进行深入研讨，为携手应对全球性挑战，加强全球法治合作贡献工商和法治力量。

The 2025 Global Business and Law Conference, hosted by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), will be held on November 5, 2025, in Qingdao, Shandong Province, China.
The conference will focus on the theme of “Strengthening International Cooperation on Rule of Law to Promote Inclusive Economic Development”. The conference aims to encourage enhanced collaboration between the global business and legal communities, promote the international rule of law concepts, and jointly advance the reform of the global economic governance system. The conference also seeks to foster an open world economy, better leverage the role of the rule of law as a bridge in balancing economic interests and social responsibilities, and promote the liberalization and facilitation of international trade and investment through rule-of-law thinking and rule-of-law approaches. The conference is expected to bring together approximately 600 participants on-site, including heads of major international organizations, global legal institutions and business associations, as well as representatives of renowned enterprises, and leading experts and scholars. The conference will feature in-depth discussions on topics such as unimpeded industrial and supply chains, the rule of law and openness, and the rule of law and innovation. These discussions aim to contribute business and legal insights to addressing global challenges and strengthening global cooperation in rule of law.
